Training

Apart from the running training sessions, Synergy Studio also provides corrective exercises training. This is essentially 1-2-1 personal training. After your initial assessment, you are given a MOT plan to work on your tight muscles, weak muscles and tense muscles. If you feel like you need more assistance to help get stronger and work on your imbalance or running technique then you can arrange one off sessions or regular weekly sessions.
