What can you expect?

We will get you to come in for an assessment before your first session. We will look at your running technique and foot wear on the treadmill. We will also check your flexibility, muscle strength and weaknesses. This assessment will allow us to help you prevent injuries that can be common in beginner runners. It will also give us an idea of what group you will be suited to.

If you are a complete beginner, you will always be with the beginners coach. They always stay with the slowest runner as they need the most help.
