Marathon's

If you are interested in running a marathon, this is the perfect place to get some assistance!

If you already run, and are thinking of doing a marathon or want to improve your time then there are a few things you need to think about.

  • What can I do to improve my performance or technique?

  • Do I have normal range of flexibility? Or are some muscles tighter than they should be and hindering my performance?

  • Do I eat the right foods for training and drink enough water?

  • Do my muscles recover well or do I always need a few days off after a long run?

  • Have I got a detailed plan in place?

  • What should I be eating after training?

All of this information is made available to the members of the club and will be made available to you to if you decide to join!

Running magazines usually give out 3 set plans a beginner plan, intermediate plan and advanced plan. We do one better and give you a plan that is right for you with the facilities you have available and the time you can commit to training.
