Long runs start again- November 2013

After a short break from the long runs on Sundays after the half marathon in October were over, they are back on!

Starting this Sunday 3rd November at 9am, we are focusing on slowly and steadily getting the runners back on track for the April marathons. While there are 24 weeks until London, we are building up slowly for first timers to allow for sickness, holidays and niggles and to work on speed for intermediate/ advanced runners.

We usually have 15-20 people of variable ability (5hour-3hour), in three groups training together through the winter months.
