Junior Running club

Have your children been inspired by the Olympics and Paralympics? Our junior running club sessions officially start on Tuesday 18th at 4.30pm in Priory park. We will be helping 8-15 year olds to work on running technique, fitness, agility,confidence, flexibility and strength. These sessions can make them either excel in running or a well rounded athlete for other cross over sports. These sessions are completely unique and designed by the head coaches at Synergy running club to be fun, effective and injury preventative. We want the juniors taking part to have fond memories of running training as children and not nightmares of forced cross country training that so many had. Get in touch if you want your child to take part.
